Legals Guardian will act as the Guardian of international students, being their first point of contact in the UK and supporting them in an emergency situation on behalf of parents. We will also help arranging reliable host families for them.

We understand leaving home and travelling to study in a new country can be a stressful experience for anyone. Our professional team has the same study abroad experience and will provide support and advice from day one of a student’s stay in the UK and throughout their study period.

Our LEGALS team, including the host family, are UK government's DBS checked (Disclosure and Barring Service) to ensure that there is no criminal record and to ensure the safety of our students.

We are here to offer 24/7 support to students and act on behalf of parent(s) in the UK.
Why do I need a guardian?

Students under the age of 18 must appoint an adult British resident as their guardian, acting on behalf of their parents in the UK and will be responsible for arranging accommodation and transportation for them.
Is the host family safe?

Our LEGALS host families are working professionals and have accepted the UK government's DBS checked.
Application Procedure
UK School Offer
Congratulations! Your child has been successfully admitted to a boarding school/ university in the UK, and the school will provide full board and lodging throughout the school year. But when the school is closed (for example: holidays and weekend holidays), students under the age of 18 must appoint an adult British resident as their guardian, who is responsible for arranging student accommodation and transportation in the UK. The requirement of the guardian must be a British resident who is over 25 years old and can provide assistance when the school cannot help.



Guardianship application
The application process is very simple! You only need to fill in the form below , our staff will contact you immediately, explain our services and send you all the application documents including instructions on how to pay the annual guardianship fees and student disbursement deposit. The student disbursement deposit is used to pay for any transfers and host accommodation needed, or anything else your child may need.



Guardianship confirmation
After receiving your payment, we will issue a guardianship service confirmation letter to you and notify the school, and the school will issue a Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) letter so that you can complete the Child/ Student visa application.

We will contact you in advance to prepare for your child's arrival in the UK, including arrangements for airport pick-up and accommodation.
After your child arrives, we will contact them regularly to make sure that he/she is settling in well and participate in parents' evening on behalf of their parents to follow up their learning progress.
